Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order. This Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases made directly from RXBAR through this online store.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase or an order number. For food or ingestible products, the product must be unopened and in resaleable condition.

How to start a return

Email contact@rxabarlinden.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. For approved eligible returns within the United States, RXBAR provides return shipping at no charge and will send a prepaid label or other return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos where possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Items marked final sale or non-returnable, gift cards, and digital products are not eligible for return unless required by law. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

If you need a replacement or would like to exchange an eligible item, contact us before returning it so we can confirm available options.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will try to cancel requests received before fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped. If a shipped order is eligible, you may request a return under this policy.
